Faster Systems, Slower Confidence
AI systems are now moving faster than our ability to reason about them. The advantage belongs to teams that build earlier, validate tighter and close the loop faster.

I've built products and services for 20+ years across Asia and Europe. Today, I help teams build better products by clarifying workflows, reducing handoff friction, and using AI where it meaningfully improves the work.
I design and prototype real product systems using modern coding and reasoning models. Instead of long specs and delayed learning, teams can see and test working ideas early. Less guessing. Better decisions. Fewer wasted sprints.
My own projects are proof. A product workflow can move from idea to working system quickly. The goal is not replacing teams. It is helping product, engineering, design and support spend more time thinking and less time waiting.
Off the clock, you'll find me with Muttley my Chow Chow or playing Call of Duty Warzone, Battlefield 6 or deep into a Lego Technic build or tinkering with small home servers on Raspberry Pis, building tools for myself and improving my day to day computing experience.
I help teams design and validate products faster by turning ideas into working systems early. I prototype product workflows using modern coding and reasoning models, allowing teams to test real behavior instead of relying on long specifications. This reduces rework, clarifies requirements and improves handoffs between product, engineering, design and support. My own builds serve as proof of the approach: moving from concept to functional system quickly, then helping teams adopt the same workflow inside their organization. Focus areas: • product workflow design • rapid prototyping and validation • AI-assisted development workflows • clearer specifications and faster decisions
After a pandemic year in Berlin, I spent 2022 in Kuala Lumpur, stepping in as a Product Management Consultant. Worked with Oliver Wyman on a financial project there, then on another for a client in the Middle East. Helped build and grow emerging services across the region. By the end of 2022, I moved back to Pune to be closer to family. In 2024 I started something new. Lean, hands on and entirely my own.
At Delivery Hero I helped launch the fintech strategy across more than 50 markets. Align teams quickly. Start smart. Build the foundation for scale. My role was to get things moving.
Some of my work's under NDA. Here are a few I can actually show.

Responsive, fast and built to convert for a subscription-based meal brand. HTML5 + SCSS with modular components, smooth motion and sticky nav. Optimized assets keep it sharp and quick despite the rich visuals.

Restaurant site with interactive menu, contact form and maps. Built with Next.js 15, TypeScript, and Tailwind using server-side rendering. Optimized images and semantic HTML keep it fast and accessible.

Lightweight todo app with smart filters and persistent local storage. Next.js 15, TypeScript, and Tailwind with mobile-first design. Real-time validation and progress tracking keep it focused and effective.
Thoughts on product development, AI-native workflows and lessons from building real systems.

Most people use Claude Code like a fast typist. `/insights` shows you the patterns you're too busy to notice and gives you a guide to fix them.
More context doesn't mean better output. Here's how to actually use the 1M window without ruining your work.
I build LEGO Technic to clear my head. Gears, pistons, mechanics clicking into place. It keeps me close to cars and bikes without needing a garage. Sharpens focus. Keeps things calm.
This gallery shows that process in action. Each model started as a moment of focus and became something real.
Let's talk.
